HDPE tube

Chemical resistance of high density polyethylene tube:

1. Excellent resistance to most solvents
2. Very good resistance to alcohols, dilute acids and alkalis
3. Moderate resistance to oil and grease
4. Poor resistance to hydrocarbons (aliphatic, aromatic, halogenated)
5. Continuous temperature: -50°C to +60°C, relatively rigid material
6. with useful temperature capability
7. Higher tensile strength compared to other types of polyethylene
8. Low cost polymer with good processability
9. Good low temperature resistance
10. Excellent electrical insulation properties
11. Very little water absorption FDA compliant
