UHMW 1000
UHMW is a high performance plastic designed to be used as a lining in dump trucks, trailers and skips. It is extremely durable and is suitable for handling materials including coal, dressed ore, gravel, sand, soil, clay and stone.
The smooth surface of PE1000 Truck Liner offers improved non-stick properties, allowing product to be released efficiently and completely, often at lower tilt angles. This improves safety and reduces the risk of incomplete discharges; thereby improving efficiency and reducing unload times. Once installed, Truck Liner is maintenance free and is impervious to adverse temperatures even in sub-zero conditions.
UHMW also offers outstanding resistance to chemicals, corrosion and UV and is available in a range of thicknesses.

UHMW 88 is a premium lining material for bulk handling. UHMW 88 is noted for its performance in promoting bulk solids flow of cohesive or non-free flowing materials due to its low surface friction.
